Yes, you can change the products, the frequency, the delivery address, or the payment method of your Essentials Box at any time.
To do so, follow these steps:
- Log into your Skandinavisk account. Go to any page on skandinavisk.com and click on the "My Account" symbol, in the top right corner. Enter your email address and password to log in.
- Once you're logged in, click on the "My Subscription" tab.
- There you will be able to see all the details of your subscription such as the last order date, the next payment date, the products currently in your subscription, and the billing and shipping addresses. You have the possibility to change the products in your next box, the frequency for future deliveries, and the delivery address.
- You can also choose to renew your subscription now by clicking on "renew now". This means that a new payment will be made right away and a new box will be sent to you. If you'd like to edit the content of the box, please do so before clicking on "renew now" as it can't be done after. Your chosen frequency will also adapt and the next box will be sent after the selected number of months from the date you renewed your subscription.
- You can choose to cancel your subscription by clicking on "cancel". All this can be done by clicking on the different buttons highlighted below.
Note: to add a product to your subscription, you can visit the page of the product you would like and click on the "Add to an existing subscription?" button:
You will then see your subscription's details appear. Make sure they are correct and then simply click on "add"
