If an item you have received from us is damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery by email at support@skandinavisk.com. Please include images of the item as evidence as well as your order number.
We will process a full refund of the individual item if the damage directly affects the performance or the aesthetic of the item. For superficial damages in transit or product performance issues after extended use, we will review on a case-by-case basis and compensate fairly.
