When you place an order on our webshop, you receive a confirmation by email. This order confirmation contains all information relating to your order, like the order number, the tracking ID, your name and delivery address, the specification of products ordered and the total price, including any shipping costs. Once you receive your order confirmation, we advise you to go over it and check all the details to make sure they are correct.
We recommend that you save your order confirmation as it contains information regarding your purchase and serves as your invoice. If you lose the order confirmation, we can send you a copy of your invoice.
